Recruitment and hiring: The health crisis made it necessary to modify and update our recruitment process, by first, moving all first filter interviews out of our site in favor of zoom or google meets calls, making a negative COVID test result a part of the onboarding requirements, regular temperature taking, social distancing and providing easy access to personal protective equipment such as masks, hand sanitizer at every supervision station and increased cleaning schedule.
Technology: On the tech side, the implementation of headset rotation, in order to phase out older equipment, tagging to make sure only one person per headset, reduce occupation and adjust shifts to make sure only one person per shift used each workstation as well as increased regular cleaning rotations.
Omni-Channel Communication Channels: PromoCall further embraced alternative channels to make sure that from home and especially onsite staff were safer by moving as many work interactions to the virtual arena through all the various apps that both our clients and we favor most.
